Wedding questions
As soon as your date is in mind. Saturdays book early — often 12 to 18 months out for peak season — so the sooner you inquire, the more flexibility you'll have across the five venues.
Ivy House, Emerson Lounge, and Port 393: We require your main meal to be provided by one of our approved catering partners. We've carefully selected experienced caterers who know our venues and consistently provide exceptional service. You can view our list of approved caterers here.
Heritage Social and Belvedere Estate & Gardens: We proudly partner exclusively with Coastal Reserve Catering for all catering services. Their team creates exceptional, chef-driven menus designed to complement your celebration. You can learn more about Coastal Reserve Catering here.
Yes! Most of our couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception at the same property, creating a seamless experience for them and their guests.
If you're dreaming of an off-site ceremony, we can accommodate that as well. Couples who choose this option still reserve the venue for the full day, which includes access to the getting-ready suites and exclusive use of the property throughout your wedding day. This ensures you have a private, relaxed space to prepare, celebrate, and enjoy your reception without sharing the venue with any other events.
The booking fee includes the property, setup, and teardown of spaces, wooden cross-back chairs, round tables, rectangular tables, fixtures, the bar area, and any outdoor furniture. Along with on-site team members on the day of the event (varies by package type).
