There is something special about a wedding that lets the setting do part of the storytelling. For Natalie and Tyler, their June 26 celebration brought 125 guests together at Belvedere Estate for a full day of getting ready, celebrating, dining, and dancing across the property. With a ceremony on the lawn, cocktail hour outdoors, and an evening reception under the tent, the day was designed to move naturally from one experience to the next while keeping guests connected to the beauty of the estate. Natalie and Tyler’s wedding began early, with the couple and their wedding party arriving at Belvedere Estate at 9:00 AM for a full day on property. Hair and makeup took place on site, giving the wedding party a relaxed home base as the day unfolded. The ceremony began at 5:00 PM on the lawn, with live music from Blue Water Kings setting the tone from the very beginning. Following the ceremony, guests moved seamlessly into an outdoor cocktail hour, where the bar opened immediately and a champagne tower created a celebratory focal point. By 6:30 PM, guests transitioned into the reception, where dinner, drinks, live music, and plenty of time to celebrate carried the evening through 10:00 PM.

The design of the day brought together thoughtful rental pieces, layered tablescapes, and details designed specifically around the guest experience. Charm Decor House provided the champagne tower and coupe glasses, creating a statement moment during cocktail hour. The reception tables were finished with curated rental pieces, complete place settings, and waterfall-folded napkins, while candlelight added warmth throughout the evening. The couple also incorporated personalized bar selections, including an Aperol Spritz for Natalie and a Hugo Spritz for Tyler. Their champagne tower featured eight bottles of Veuve De Vernay Brut, giving guests another memorable moment to gather around as cocktail hour transitioned into the reception. Florals by Love Knots Floral added another layer to the celebration, while Taylor Rental supported the overall event setup.

With 125 guests attending, the celebration was designed to keep everyone engaged from ceremony through the final dance. Cocktail hour took place outdoors, giving guests time to enjoy the estate while the reception space was prepared. The venue team transitioned the ceremony chairs and prepared the reception while guests enjoyed drinks and passed appetizers from Coastal Reserve. Dinner was served buffet-style by Coastal Reserve Catering, with passed appetizers beginning service at 5:30 PM. The evening also included cake from Bert’s Bakery and a late-night ice cream experience from Tippy Cow, giving guests something unexpected to look forward to later in the night. The bar remained open throughout the reception, serving beer, wine, liquor, lemonade, iced tea, and the couple’s selected signature drinks. Two bartenders were stationed throughout the evening to keep service moving smoothly.
