The day began slowly in the Hawthorn Suite, where both brides got ready side by side with their closest friends and family. Sixteen people filled the suites throughout the morning as hair and makeup worked and the space filled with music, laughter, and anticipation for what was ahead. One of the most emotional parts of the day came next: Samantha and Camryn each shared a private first look with their dads before seeing one another, a quiet pause before the celebration truly began. Shortly after, the two met for their own first look and private vows, tucked away together to share quiet promises before portraits and family photos started. The ceremony took place inside the greenhouse beneath the venue's cross arbor. Guests entered to live violin music and watched Samantha and Camryn walk down opposite side aisles at the same time with their fathers, the natural light through the greenhouse glass setting the scene. From there, guests moved outdoors for cocktail hour while the couple slipped away for a few quiet moments together before joining the celebration. The reception carried that same warmth all evening. Camryn and Samantha made their entrance together, moved into heartfelt speeches and family dances, and kept the dance floor packed with glow sticks and late-night snacks fueling the energy through the night. The evening closed with a private last dance before guests gathered outside for a sparkler send-off filled with cheers and hugs, the kind of ending that matched how personal the whole day had felt.

The design leaned into Ivy House's greenhouse setting rather than working against it. Garden Ground Floral brought soft color and texture into every space with garden-inspired arrangements throughout. Round guest tables were set with lush floral centerpieces surrounded by pink vintage goblets and gold chargers, while the farmhouse tables were layered with lace runners and delicate bud vases filled with fresh stems. The long head table anchored the reception as an intimate focal point, with floral cross installations placed in front of it for an added romantic touch that tied the whole room back to the ceremony space.

With 170 guests moving between the greenhouse and the gardens, the day was built to keep everyone close to the celebration rather than waiting on the sidelines of it. Cocktail hour spread outdoors across the property, giving guests room to mingle while the couple stepped away for a few private moments of their own. Once the reception opened up, entrances, speeches, and family dances gave the room its emotional center, and the dance floor stayed full from there on, glow sticks and late-night snacks keeping the energy going well into the night. The sparkler send-off brought all 170 guests back together outside for one last shared moment, cheering the couple off at the end of the night.
